Hydra Storm are manufactures of a diversified range of sewerage, storm water and made to order Precast concrete products from a specialised facility in the Kwinana Industrial Area. Over time the business has expanded to service a broad range of Civil contractors, Local Govt. Councils and regulatory authorities throughout Western Australia.
We are currently looking for experienced Labourers to join our team. This role will be based at our Precast concreting yard, however the successful applicant will need to be willing to be flexible, as some works will also be required to be carried out in our Manufacturing yard and workshop. Note, these locations are on the same road, so no additional travel is required to attend either worksite.
We would love to hear from individuals who have strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. To thrive in this role, you will enjoy seeing tasks through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team and other departments.
Applicants will be required to complete and pass a thorough pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, prior to an offer being extended.

ABOUT YOU:
* Previous concrete experience – high desirable
* Forklift ticket and experience – essential
* Reliable and enthusiastic worker
* Previous labouring experience.
* Experience in the use of power and hand tools.
* A high level of physical fitness as work can be manually intensive.
* Strong commitment to safety.
* Driver’s License – highly desireable.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
