Retail Manager – Balcatta WA

About the role :
* Salary : Negotiable in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.
* Location : Balcatta WA
* Tenure : Full-time and ongoing
The duties and responsibilities of the new Retail Manager will include :
* Oversee daily workshop flow across multiple bays, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
* Drive store profitability by identifying opportunities in tyres, mechanical servicing, and specialised accessories and promote those opportunities widely..
* Recruit, mentor, manage, and motivate a skilled technical team. You will be responsible for rostering, performance management, and maintaining a safe work environment (WHS).
* Act as the face of the business, translating technical jargon into clear advice for customers and managing high-level inquiries.
* Manage stock levels of world-leading brands ensuring the right products are always available.
What we're looking for :
* Relevant post-secondary qualifications to at least Diploma level or agreed equivalent.
* At least 1 or more, years' experience in an automotive or other fast-paced retail environments at supervisory or management levels
* Proven ability to organize, mentor and provide leadership to staff.
* Demonstrate a strong customer focus - possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal and work with a diverse range of customers.
* Solid business acumen and administration skills.
* Be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines.
* Advanced skills in POS systems and integrated EFTPOS terminals; highly tech-literate in high-volume retail environments.
* A valid Australian Manual Driver's License is a must.
