Robert Half is recruiting exclusively an ongoing temporary Payroll Manager role for an organisation that is truly making a difference within the not-for-profit sector.
This role will involve hands-on payroll processing as well as implementing robust internal processes and procedures.
The Role
Working within a small and supportive finance team you will take ownership of the organisation's payroll with your duties will including:
- Processing Payroll - Employment Hero
- Managing all payroll, employees and HR enquires
- Payroll compliance (super, payroll tax, workers' compensation)
- Understanding and interpretation of EBAs
- Interpretation and understanding of the organisations EBAs & awards
- Preparing & reporting monthly payroll & HR Reports
- Payroll query resolution
- Payroll analysis
Working in a supportive and collaborative environment you will be tasked with taking responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of their monthly payroll, detailed payroll analysis and ensuring compliance.
A review of the organisation's employment hero payroll system in order to optimise it's outcomes will be key to this contract role.
This role will be three days per week in our client's brand new premises and two days work from home.
Your Profile
This role will suit a candidate who is happy to roll-their sleeves up and take ownership of a payroll process that is transforming quickly as the organisation evolves.
An ability to work autonomously, take ownership of a role and previous Employment Hero experience is essential for this role.
