The Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead digital acquisition, performance optimisation and online growth strategy. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded marketer who can balance strategy with execution and deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Performance & Acquisition Own paid media strategy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) Optimise channel mix to improve cost-per-lead and ROI Manage agency partners and campaign reporting Website & CRO Drive website performance and landing page optimisation Implement A/B testing and improve lead conversion pathways CRM & Lead Nurture Oversee email and nurture campaigns Partner with sales to improve lead-to-conversion outcomes Reporting & Compliance Track performance metrics and present insights to leadership Ensure activity aligns with financial services regulatory requirements About You 5 years’ digital marketing experience in financial services, fintech, banking or insurance Strong paid media and lead generation capability Experience managing agencies and marketing automation platforms Commercially driven with strong analytical skills Comfortable operating within compliance frameworks
