Travel and Accommodation Coordinator
Flights and Accommodation Coordinator is a key role that involves managing travel and accommodation arrangements across the organization. As a Travel and Accommodation Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing flight and room rostering for site-based employees, administering travel arrangements, and maintaining travel spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process flight and room rostering for site-based employees
* Administer travel arrangements for employees, subcontractors, and service partners
* Maintain travel spreadsheets and related documentation
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing travel requests with professionalism and responsiveness
* Answer internal and external calls regarding travel and accommodation promptly
Requirements:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience in travel booking and administration
* Rostering experience (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent planning and coordination skills
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships
* Organized with effective time management skills to handle a high-volume workload
