What are your responsibilities?
* Ensuring menu items are made to company standards
* Regulating temperatures of cooking equipment
* Preparing and cooking food
* Seasoning food during cooking
* Portioning food, serving & finishing with sauces and garnishes
* Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
* Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
* Train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Requirements: Valid Food Handlers certificate, prior kitchen experience preferred, valid work right in Australia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 per year
