The Role:
* Assist in the back end management of property campaigns
* Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement
* Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live
* Arranging marketing material (sign boards, brochures etc)
* Pre and post settlement gifts
* Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils
* Assist agents in their daily management of properties
* Liaising with suppliers
* Administration tasks
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in Real Estate
* Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
* Immaculately presented and well groomed
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Possess a strong work ethic
