We currently have multiple live opportunities with clients seeking Employment Lawyers across a range of seniorities who can step into the rhythm of their business for a few months (part-time or full-time) and provide practical, day-to-day and strategic support from the inside.

What makes a Great Fit
We want to connect with Employment Lawyers of all levels of experience and seniority, preferably who hold a current Practising Certificate and:
Want to work fractionally (alongside other client work or commitments, or only on a project for a set period);
Are experienced in Workplace Law and Employee Relations (bonus if you've worked in-house);
Can be engaged via their own Incorporated Legal Practice (ILP) or as a Casual or Fixed Term Employee (direct with the client);
Are confident working remotely, onsite or hybrid - depending on the brief; and
Enjoy collaborating with a values-aligned, human-first team.
Work at a Glance
3-12 month contracts (some shorter, some longer);
Part-time and full-time (with some even being structured as a set number of hours per week);
Onsite, remote, or hybrid - depending on the client and their needs;
Daily rates in line with scope of client need and depth/alignment of your experience;
Employment law advisory, dispute resolution, workplace investigations and more; and
We partner with a diverse range of clients, both by size and industry.
From large corporates, institutional banks, health care providers to universities, VC-funded start-ups, professional associations, government agencies and occasionally even law firms themselves
