Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Travel Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Expertly plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, cruises, escorted tours, coach tours, special interest travel, luxury holidays, family and multi-generational travel, group travel, corporate travel, conferences, and bespoke itineraries
• Provide personalised travel advice tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and travel goals
• Assist clients with travel insurance, documentation, and pre-departure preparation
• Manage client bookings, enquiries, and records with accuracy and attention to detail using internal systems
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Stay up to date with destinations, products, and industry developments
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales and performance goals
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in the travel industry preferred
• Experience using Sabre and Tramada is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, products, and suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on client care
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence using travel systems and technology
• A passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
