The Dental Nurse will also manage sterilisation and reprocessing tasks associated with the clinic, including all Reusable Medical Devices (RMDs) used.The Dentist encourages positive attitudes towards oral health among patients and aims to maintain high standards of patient care by the Oral Health Team, adhering to GEO policies, procedures, legislative, and contractual requirements.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will possess a combination of educational qualifications and practical experience in governance, risk, and compliance.Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalentMinimum one year of professional dental experienceExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamProven ability to meet deadlines as prescribed by managementKnowledge of and commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, GEO's EEO / EOWA, and Workplace Health and Safety principlesPrevious practice administration experience is highly desirableThis role requires a commitment to fostering positive relationships with staff and external stakeholders to support high-quality services and professional practice.
