Local Concreting Mate (LCM) is one of the fastest-growing residential concreting companies in the Hunter & Lake Macquarie regions.
In the last six months, we've expanded to a multiple team structure and we're continuing to grow month after month.
We work with major builders across the region and have consistent work locked in well into next year.
To support our expansion, we are seeking Concreters, Steel Fixers, and Formworkers to join our team.
The Roles
We are currently hiring for:
Steel Fixers (Experienced or Fast Learners)
You'll be working on residential slabs, formwork, waffle pods, steel fixing, driveways, and general concrete construction across the Hunter, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions.
Positions available with immediate start.

What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in concreting, steel fixing, or formwork (preferred)
* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

* White Card
* Driver's licence
