We are looking for an enthusiastic dedicated unqualified trainee to gain a certificate 3 traineeship in Early Childhood to join our professional and friendly Erina kindergarten team. The successful candidate will be someone who is committed to providing a high standard of education and care and are reliable to this special role.
We have an opportunity for an individual who would like to pursue their childcare qualifications and experience via a full time 18 month contract traineeship as a certificate 3 educator.

What do we require from you?
* Must be 18 years of age (minimum)
* A commitment to undertaking the practical and theoretical components of the traineeship program.
* Extensive experience is not essential for this role however the right attitude, initiative and motivation is a must. As the team must work very closely together the right person will have a friendly and personable character with the ability to build relationships with children, families and other educators.
* Essential qualification - have a paid working with children's check
* A desire to educate children, their development and future education.
* You will need to be self-motivated, honest, reliable and a team player.
