Our client is a global leader in premium drilling consumables, with world-wide manufacturing facilities, sales and service offices in multiple countries, and distribution spanning over 100 markets. With a rapidly expanding footprint across Australasia, they are seeking a Sales Manager – Australasia to work closely with the VP Australasia in driving growth and strengthening their market presence.
The primary role is to deliver sustainable sales growth across the region, build strong relationships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities within mining, tunnelling and contracting sectors.

The Tasks Ahead :
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Australasia.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in mining, tunnelling, and contractor markets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet agreed revenue and growth targets.
* Coordinate with international manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
* Support tendering and procurement processes, ensuring commercially competitive outcomes.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
About You
You are a results-driven sales professional with proven experience in drilling consumables or a closely related sector. With strong commercial acumen, you thrive on building relationships and closing deals, while remaining hands-on and adaptable in field environments.
Key Requirements
1. Proven success in a Sales Manager role within drilling consumables or related industries.
2. Established network of industry contacts across mining, tunnelling and contracting.
3. Strong commercial understanding of pricing, costing, negotiation and contract terms.
