Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Conduct regular assessments and document care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Must Have
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
