What's the role?
We're looking for a Manager to join our Business Controls and Monitoring team, supporting risk governance and oversight across BT. You'll play a key role in analysing risk and compliance data, generating insights, and supporting reporting to Boards, Risk Committees, and senior management.
You'll also help deliver key frameworks like the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and Risk Management Declaration (RMD), while partnering with stakeholders to uplift risk culture, data quality, and control effectiveness.
This is a Permanent fulltime Sydney-based role with flexible working arrangements.
What do I need?
This role suits someone with strong risk management experience and a passion for governance and data-driven insights.
Here's what will help you succeed:
* Experience in risk, compliance, or governance within financial services
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in tools like JUNO, SIP, Power BI
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
* Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across teams
* Understanding of incident and controls management frameworks
