We are looking for an experienced efficient Admin/Receptionist for a part- time/job-share position working 3 days a week.
Responsibilities.
Greet and welcome customers.
Attend to phone, or in person reception inquiries.
Responding to emails, queries, or requests
Answer, screen forward incoming phone calls and record
Work Collegially in a team environment
Provide Administrative support to the Director and Managers/foreman in each Department.
Maintain files and documentation.
Raising job cards, delivery dockets & invoicing
Data Entry
Successful candidate must have:
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Computer Skills and competent in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Simpro, Ariba, Coupa would be an advantage but not necessary, training will be provided to the successful candidate
