As a result of a spike in recruitment activity, this professional services organisation is seeking their first TA Consultant to join their close knit HR team on an initial 3 month contract (on a full or part time basis).
This is a standalone role, reporting into the Head of HR and will manage the end to end recruitment process as well as review and develop relevant recruitment materials, process, procedures and guidelines.
In addition, the role will have a focus on partnering closely with hiring managers and providing them with relevant support/training/upskilling to deliver positive hiring outcomes.
The main areas of the business actively recruiting include IT, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
The team leverage some cool tech including Job Adder as the ATS and Enboarder to ensure a smooth induction for new starters.
Ideally you will have a solid TA/recruitment background (internal and/or agency) with a knack of getting up to speed quickly. You will also be a natural relationship builder, with an engaging and approachable nature and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
