**ABOUT THE CLIENT**
Our client is a well-established Independent Living Developer based across South Australia, Queensland and NSW. They are known for creating beautiful retirement communities in premium locations, offering a wide variety of services.
They are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join the team and aid them in their upcoming projects to build/develop high-end retirement lifestyle villages across all three states.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Oversee all finish and material selections, and have solid knowledge of all resources
- Prepare design development presentations and documentation.
- Build client relations and team communication
- Liaise and manage suppliers, subcontractors and relevant authorities
- Prepare tender documentation packages including drawings, schedules and specifications.
- Prepare construction documentation package including drawings, schedules and specifications
**CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR POSITION**
- A minimum of 4 years of Interior Design experience across Commercial Office and specifically Shop & Hospitality fitout is highly desirable
- Highly competent use of Revit is essential
- Excellent presentation skills
- Be able to work as a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to produce high detail construction drawings
- Self motivated
- Appropriate qualifications
