Job Title: Assistant Boutique Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Boutique Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to take their retail leadership skills to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role, with excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations.
* Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
* Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
* About You:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail business.
* Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
