We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant / Officer with strong learning abilities.

Job Scope
Manage and maintain customer / supplier accounts
Ensure accuracy of invoices, credits and statements to avoid double-ups
Enter customer and supplier payments in the system
Follow up outstanding, unallocated or missing supplier transactions with store managers
Answer internal and external phone enquiries
Provide office/admin support, such as managing staff purchases
Skills
3+ years similar experience or 1+ year with relevant qualifications
Sound accounts knowledge
Good communication
Good time management
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
