Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Reservations Sales Agent. The Reservations Sales Agent will handle customer inquiries and manage reservations. They will be responsible for communicating with trade clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales efforts to promote unique tourism experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills: English required
* Excellent Customer Service and Reservations experience
* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
* Effective Sales skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
