The Sales Executive will support the growth of the Data & Integration business by identifying new opportunities, building initial client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal.
This is a mid-level sales role ideal for someone with 5-10 years of relevant experience, looking to build a career in technology sales, with a focus on data platforms, integration solutions, and digital transformation services.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead GenerationResearch and identify potential customers and markets within target industries
Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events
Schedule introductory meetings and demos
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales SupportAssist or actively contribute to the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in the CRM
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
Collaboration & Market InsightsWork closely with the Data & Integration technical and delivery teams to understand services and offerings
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Provide feedback from the market to support product/service positioning

What will make you successful in this role?
You are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in technology or consulting services sales.
You thrive in a client-facing role, are passionate about helping organisations solve complex challenges, and excel at turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5-10 years' experience in sales, business development, lead generation or account managementin IT services, consulting, enterprise software, or similar environment.
Experience with various data and integration technologies (e.g., Boomi, Databricks, Denodo, Snowflake, etc.)
Understanding of integration solutions, middleware, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capability.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not essential).
