Responsibilities
As Lead Gardener, you'll take the reins in office, managing a small team and delivering high-quality work across both residential and commercial properties. From hedging and lawn care to planting and garden makeovers, you'll ensure every project is completed to the Whole Yards standard.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Robust gardening and horticulture knowledge.
* Experience leading a small team (preferred).
* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
* Driver's licence.
* White Card + relevant tickets (advantageous but not essential).
