An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Day Spa Therapist to join our dedicated and caring One Spa team. One Spa is a stunning day spa destination resting in the centre of a peaceful green landscape. Open to guests and the public, One Spa has views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our highly trained & professional Spa Therapists, are responsible for delivering great service and care to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. One Spa is open to 9am-5pm, 7 days per week. Our busiest days are Thursday - Sunday. This is a casual position required 3 days week, including one weekend day. Your key responsibilities for the role include:
Administer beauty therapies including facials, skin & body treatments, water therapy, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and spa equipment
Complete tasks and services within the time frames and to a high standard
Provide timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues
Maintain in depth knowledge of services, products and monitor stock levels
Perform reception, admin & POS duties as required
Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet
Maintain presentation and hygiene standards
What you'll need to be successful
Availability to work full days 8.30am-5.30pm, on a weekly rotating roster - weekends are essential
Prior day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential
Certificate 3 in Beauty Services or higher essential
Hold or ability to obtain a valid QLD Working with Children Check Blue Card, essential
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a loyal clientele and actively selling products/services
Work efficiently in a team environment and have the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and problem solve
Professional grooming & personal presentation
