Looking for experienced Dozer Push Operators to work on a rehab team on site in the Bowen Basin. 7/7 Roster

Our client is a family-owned business with over three decades of experience in the resources sector, specialising in the hire of earthmoving equipment. They provide both wet and dry hire options, along with customised maintenance packages tailored to individual project requirements. Their fleet features a broad range of high-quality machinery, including excavators, dump trucks, graders, dozers, and water carts, sourced from trusted brands such as CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu.
Your new role
* Operate dozers to push and shape overburden and topsoil for land rehabilitation
* Construct and maintain contour banks, drains, and bunds to control erosion
* Spread and level topsoil to prepare areas for seeding and revegetation
* Work closely with environmental and rehab teams to meet compliance standards
* Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment faults or hazards
* Follow site safety procedures and environmental management plans
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials moved
* Assist with general rehab tasks as required, including water cart operation or manual labour
What you'll need to succeed
* Dozer RII Certificate COAL
* Coal Board Medical
* Standard 11 SOA
* Ability to pass a D&A screen
* Ability to complete a police check
* Be within a safe driving distance to the Bowen Basin Region
What you'll get in return
This role offers an immediate start in the Dysart Region, operating on a 7/7 roster with 12-hour shifts. Camp accommodation and all meals are provided. You'll receive weekly pay, including superannuation on all hours worked. While working in this position, you will also allocate hours into your Black Coal Long Service Leave. This is initially a 3 month contract on site in the rehab team, however, this can be extended for the right candidate.
