Raywell Contracting is seeking an experienced All Round Operators to join our team based 15 minutes from Busselton, Western Australia. This full-time role will involve operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment on our operations, playing a crucial part in our ongoing operations.
About the Role
Safely operating a range of heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and graders
Performing pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery
Following all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a protected and sustainable workplace
Providing support to other members of the operations team as required
Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience (2+ years) operating a variety of heavy equipment in a mining or construction environment:
- Proven production experience operating excavators and dozers
- Competent with loaders, graders and articulated trucks
- Flexible to occasionally operate articulated trucks
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and relevant machinery operating licenses/tickets
