ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‐18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‐related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9‐18). We're a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

The Role

* 1:1 support with young people
* 39 hour post: 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift, plus one sleepover per week
* Shift pattern rotates every 3 weeks so some weekend work will be required
* Driving license required – access to your own vehicle would be helpful as the service is not served by public transport and is rural
* Permanent roles available

You Are...

* Experienced with supporting children overnight
* Qualified with a L3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, or are willing to work towards this
* Honest, kind & non‐judgmental
* Great with kids & teamwork
* Ready to laugh, listen & lift others up
* Passionate about helping young people shine
* Willing to listen when kids need to talk
