Belle Property Ryde & Epping are looking for an experienced Trust Accountant/Payroll Officer with a background in Real Estate trust accounting to join our dynamic team. About the Role:
This role involves managing multiple trust accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations for our agency. Key responsibilities include:
Handling approximately 350 settlements annually
Daily reconciliation of two sales trusts, two marketing trusts, and one property management trust
Managing settlements & early release of deposits
End-of-month processing for the sales team
Mid-month & end-of-month payments for property management
Processing general invoices
Payroll and commission tracking
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Sales & Property Management trust accounting experience (essential)
A helpful nature, always willing to go the extra mile
Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of your role
Prior experience with AgentBox Trust (essential)
