Your new role A newly created Delivery Manager role has been established to support a recently launched technology uplift program, focused on enhancing regulatory business systems—including case and investigations management platforms. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of product owners, analysts, engineers, testers, and program managers to deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions that drive business outcomes. This role will be instrumental in leading the delivery of technology solutions using agile or hybrid methodologies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You’ll also support change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and integration of delivered solutions. Your Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions aligned with business goals and quality standards Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and manage delivery plans and schedules Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements Support release planning and change management activities Promote continuous improvement and apply lessons learned to future work What you'll need to succeed Citizen and able to obtain baseline Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role Proven experience leading complex technology delivery projects Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desirable Criteria: Experience in a regulatory environment, particularly with investigations and case management systems Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Prior experience working within the Federal Government Exposure to organisational change management initiatives What you'll get in return Long term contract, join a federal government organisation.
