We are a growing importer and wholesaler of salon supplies and equipment. We are seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing professional to join our team and assist with day-to-day sales and business administration.
This is an opportunity to become immersed in the beauty industry and utilise your administration skills in a fast-paced workplace. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table and the ability to create opportunities and implement them through to completion. This will suit a strong administrator, who, along with strong organisational and people skills has a keen interest and knowledge of the beauty industry.
**_Duties include but are not limited to: _**
- Produce quotations as requested by customers and provide thorough follow-up and conversion.
- General office administration
- Manage product listings on marketplaces and ensure they are kept up to date by working collaboratively with the relevant team members.
- Ensure all orders meet delivery timeframes and follow up with freight partners when required
- Troubleshooting any queries that emerge
- Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all products
- Social media management
**_Skills and experience_**
- Beauty Industry Experience or Qualifications
- Has a track record of success in both inbound and outbound service and sales support
- Previous experience in an E-Commerce business
- Previous experience in Amazon/eBay store management and product listing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
