We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.
The Job Description
This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start available. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships by matching our windows and doors solutions to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the company's objectives
* Strengthen brand presence in the residential windows and doors market
* Collaborate with Sales Manager and Sales teams to meet business objectives
* Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
* Deliver professional, responsive customer service to meet project requirements and uphold the brand
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
About You
* Skilled in business systems including MS Office, with experience with V6 quoting (preferred); able to create and analyse reports to support business needs
* Communicates clearly and respectfully, adapting messages to different audiences and resolving issues constructively
* Provides high-quality, customer-focused service, following up on feedback to drive improvements
* Works well across teams, leveraging strengths, resolving challenges, and supporting colleagues to achieve business goals
* Maintains professionalism, demonstrates organisational awareness, and contributes to a positive team culture
* Holds a current Australian driver's licence
