Are you an experienced New Homes Sales professional looking for a dynamic role with variety, autonomy, and the chance to work across multiple successful developments? Our client, a respected name in the residential development sector, is seeking a confident and customer-focused New Homes Sales Executive to join their Yorkshire team.
This is a floating position, covering several key sites across Huddersfield, Doncaster, Hull, and Sprotborough. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the brand to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the face of the business across multiple developments
* Manage the full sales journey from enquiry through to completion
* Build strong rapport with prospective buyers and provide expert guidance
* Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Support with development launches, marketing events and site presentations
About You
* Previous new homes sales experience is essential
* Confident, proactive, and target-driven
* Ability to adapt to different development locations and teams
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
* A full UK driving licence is required
