Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of the project from start to finish, working with a talented team to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Own the project and lead all aspects of the build Team Coordination: Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety regulations Problem Solving: Resolve project issues, delays, and implement corrective actions as needed Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of labour, equipment, and materials Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing regular updates Collaboration: Work closely with the Construction Manager and site teams to ensure project milestones are met Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including reports, safety records, and progress updates What We're Looking For Trade Qualified: Cert III in Carpentry with a Cert IV Builders Licence - Cer III is highly desirable Supervisory Experience: Experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor is essential Industry Experience: Background in either the residential is essential to secure an interview, certain commercial may be considered High-End Residential Experience: Exposure to high-end finishes Positive Attitude: Strong presentation, communication skills, and a willingness to learn Career Ambition: Desire to progress within the company and build a successful long-term career Why Choose Our Client?
