About The Role
We have a great prospect for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with experience in PACU / Recovery to join our clinical team on a casual basis. Monday to Friday adaptable roster occasional Saturdays.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care
- Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery
- Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus
- Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications
- Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift
About You
- Solid experience in PACU/Recovery nursing in a hospital setting
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or similar
- Current AHPRA registration
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

It includes 4 fully integrated operating theatres, recovery areas and overnight beds.
