You'll have:
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Current WA WWCC
* Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
* Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
* Maintain high standards for the centre's appearance and work practices.
* Manage staff and create efficient rosters.
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members.
* Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs that meet high standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community.
