Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving initiatives that protect critical infrastructure and enhance cybersecurity resilience.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development, implementation, and renewal of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. This will involve assisting with internal and external audits, providing expert recommendations to address cyber risks and compliance gaps.
Additionally, you will support cybersecurity maturity assessments against industry-standard frameworks and help identify areas for improvement. You will also maintain a compliance assurance calendar to track and ensure timely completion of all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and renewal of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

* Support cybersecurity maturity assessments against industry-standard frameworks and help identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
You will also need to have a strong understanding of security controls across various tools and technologies, underpinned by strong understanding from security operations.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST RMF, AESCSF, NIST 800-53, is also essential. Experience working with security tools and GRC platforms, such as ServiceNow and Archer, is highly desirable.
