Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Scheduler to join our pre-construction team. As an Assistant Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating project timelines and supporting our experienced Schedulers.
You will be responsible for preparing construction schedules, reviewing project plans, and performing key administrative duties such as data entry and maintaining project files.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in producing accurate work to project timelines. You should also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in roles requiring accurate data entry, prioritizing workloads, and logical and analytical reasoning skills will be highly regarded. Qualifications in Building and Construction, Estimating or Project Administration would also be beneficial.
