Customer Experience Specialist

This role is about delivering exceptional customer experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will value how it feels to make a difference in people's lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests
* Educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
* Guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, helping them achieve their goals
* Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning, bringing your brilliant mind and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities
* Building connections, supporting our customers, giving back, and making our communities a better place while having some fun along the way

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Port Lincoln.

To succeed in this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service. You will have proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs, confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone, ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues, eagerness to understand and share what makes us different, drive for collaboration, and experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry – a plus but not essential.
