What the role is about
* Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation;
* Assist with menu development with a focus on seasonal produce;
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation ;
* Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service;
* Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations;
* Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
* Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;
Who are we looking for
* Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
* Standout attention to detail and presentation skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile;
* Strong organisational and time management skills;
* Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
