This full-time position is based at our Gyprock Trade Centre in Launceston, TAS, reporting to the Store Manager. You'll be the face of our business, delivering outstanding customer service and product support to builders, tradies, and DIY customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in, phone, and email customers
- Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and order fulfilment
- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
- Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets
- Collaborate with warehouse team and assist in loading customer vehicles
- Ensure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm

- Willingness to learn about building products and systems
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift licence is a bonus – or willingness to obtain one
