Description
We're looking for skilled, reliable, and safety‐focused Multi‐Skilled Machine Operators to join a growing civil construction team delivering major infrastructure projects across North & South Brisbane.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating a variety of civil construction machinery
* Bulk earthworks, final trim, drainage, roadworks, and subdivisions
* Working alongside experienced supervisors and crews
* Reading plans and understanding levels
* Maintaining machinery and completing pre‐starts
* Delivering quality work while maintaining site safety standards

Skills and Experiences
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in civil construction
* Competent across multiple machines
* GPS machine control experience highly regarded
* Construction White Card
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Strong work ethic and team‐first attitude
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
