Monday-Friday. This is a great opportunity for experienced Scaffolders to join our team This is your chance to contribute to a major industrial upgrade and work alongside a skilled, high-performing team.
The Role
* Reporting to the Leading Hand/Supervisor your key responsibilities are:
o Erect, install and position various sections of scaffolding
o Erect guard rails, ropes and laying planks to form various sections of scaffolding
o Fit bolting tubes, support braces and various components to form bases and build up scaffolding
o Erect and attach tackles and pulleys to overhead structures
o Install Cables and counterweights to overhead structures
o Update scaffolding register
o Assist with attaching slings and hoist equipment to objects to be moved
o Assist with setting up and operating rigging equipment
o Housekeeping
o Perform other general duties as required
About You
* To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
o Current High Risk Work Licence
o Current High Risk Scaffolding licence and VOC
o Current Working Safely at Heights Certificate
o Current High risk elevating work platform license and VOC
o Current Drivers Licence
o Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)
o Previous construction experience
o Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
