Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of diverse civil construction projects across NSW. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, progress, and delivery in collaboration with Construction and Site Managers.
You will manage procurement, subcontractors, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of project planning, progress, and delivery
* Management of procurement, subcontractors, and compliance
* Development and maintenance of project programs, budgets, and timelines
* Leadership of client communication, expectation management, and positive project outcomes
* Risk identification, contract management, and dispute resolution
* Tender submissions and relationship building with clients and industry partners
* Safety, quality, and environmental standard championing across all projects
* Site team leadership, coaching, and motivation for project objectives and continuous improvement
About the Role
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry
* Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills
* Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Current White Card and Driver Licence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project/CRM systems
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to show initiative and take ownership
