About the role:
* Complex acquisitions, disposals and leasing across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors
* Development projects and joint ventures, including renewable and infrastructure assets
* Off-plan projects, capital transactions and construction-related agreements
* Exposure to high-value clients and national transactions with autonomy and partner support
The ideal candidate:
* 3+ years' PQE in real estate law (infrastructure and energy experience also considered)
* Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills
* Proven client relationship and matter management ability
* Sharp attention to detail, communication and initiative
* Passion for developing your expertise and growing with a high-calibre team
