About this Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the effective operation and expansion of our Aboriginal Youth Cautioning Program (AYCP). This program aims to reduce the number of Aboriginal children in the criminal justice system and achieve better outcomes for those aged 10-17 in contact with police.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with local police and the Victorian Aboriginal community to identify opportunities to enhance the program and adapt its operation to suit localised needs. To be successful, you will require strong cultural sensitivity and awareness of the Victorian Aboriginal community, as well as experience in program delivery and monitoring.
