They specialise in lubrication systems, workshop fit-outs, and premium equipment solutions for a range of industries with a strong focus on innovation, quality and customer service. They are seeking a results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of their automotive and workshop fit-out department. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a team of automotive technicians, service advisors, and workshop fit-out staff. Schedule workloads and allocate tasks to maximize efficiency. Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members. Liaise with customers and manage expectations. Resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies; order as necessary. Monitor and control workshop costs and budgets. Prepare and submit operational reports, job cards, and timesheets. Enforce health and safety regulations across the workshop. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of workshop operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and drafting software. Valid driver’s licence. On Offer: Hours: Standard 38-hour week with some flexibility around start time. Salary: 100K base annual salary but willing to go higher for the right person Company car, phone and laptop provided. Quarterly Team bonus incentives.
