Responsibilities
* Providing professional patient counselling and whole-health solutions to primary care, S2/S3, and prescription patients
* Referring to and conducting health services, including medication reviews, vaccinations, administering medicines by injection, urinary tract infection, oral contraceptive prescribing, sleep apnoea services, diabetes services, and wound care services
* Checking prescriptions and dose administration aids dispensed and prepared by highly trained Dispensary Assistants
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient health outcomes
How We'll Support You
* Sharing responsibilities with our Pharmacist Owner, Dispensary Manager, Retail Manager, and Pharmacy Operations Manager
* Working alongside other Pharmacists, Allied Health Practitioners, Dispensary Assistants, Health Services Assistants, and Dose Administration Aid Assistants
* Experience streamlined workflow with a dispensing robot, packing robot, functional counselling counters, multiple first-class clinic rooms, and clinical software solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
* Unrestricted registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment
