Join a small administration team to support one of the divisions, undertaking a variety of responsibilities.
**Duties will include**:
- Enter and maintain data across various systems
- Document production
- Overflow PA responsibilities
- Type and format documents including project proposals
- Organise and prepare for events
- Produce reports
- Set up projects and maintain information
- Minute meetings and follow up action items
**About you**:
You must have prior Administration Assistant experience, ideally within a professional services environment, but other corporate environments will be considered.
You will have good MS Office skills, and pick up new systems and processes with ease.
You will bring with you a professional and positive approach to work, and a team-player mentality. This position requires you to be proactive and use your initiative to problem solve.
