Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Relationship Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality family dispute resolution services across North Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Family Law Act and sector funding/reporting obligations. You will also possess significant experience leading services within family law, social services, or dispute resolution.
* Lead delivery of FRC, FDR, RFDR, and FLPN services across North Queensland
* Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure full compliance with AG's Department reporting, quality, and risk standards
About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will have an Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or Family Dispute Resolution. You must also hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card and Disability Services Clearance.
