As our Administrative Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of CALHN's Safety and Quality unit.
Working closely with the Administration Manager and the wider team, you'll provide vital administrative support to a range of committees and day-to-day functions that help drive quality and governance across the network.
From coordinating meetings and managing reporting, to liaising with staff across departments and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time, this is a dynamic role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will truly make a difference.
You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, where your contributions will help improve outcomes for patients, staff and the broader community.
About You
You are an experienced and adaptable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support to senior leaders and committees.
You bring professionalism, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while building positive relationships across CALHN.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidentially and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
Proven experience providing high-level administrative and executive support, including committee support, reporting and minute taking
Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Sound knowledge of government administrative practices and the SA public health system
